Feature: 30 minutes Epoxy Putty is a fast-solidifying epoxy glue that insulates and seals. Easy to use, environmental, strong, aging-resistant, water-resistant, weak acid-resistant, and low shrinkage.
Main Component: A: Modified Epoxy Resin mucus, B: Modified curing agent.
Applications: The products are commonly used for bonding, repairing, and sealing metal, pottery, dimension stone, concrete, and glass. Its main uses are sealing pipes, repairing cleaning tools, sealing swimming pools, housetops, washing rooms, basements, balconies, solar installations, casting parts, cultural relic repairs, instrument antisepsis, real estate management, construction, engineering maintenance, pipes connecting, and mold making.
Method: 1. Clean and dry the surface after removing oil, grime, and rust. Smooth surfaces must be roughened, cleaned, and dried.
2. For adhesive cement, mix glue A and B 1:1 equally. Complete the process in 3-5 minutes after mixing evenly. Press adhesive onto the surface during operation. After one hour, it will cure steel-hard.
Use caution to ensure even mixing of the two components. Avoid reusing residual glue.
2. Avoid glue contact with skin and eyes. If glue touches skin, wash it with soap and water. If glue touches eyes, flush it with clean water and consult a doctor immediately.
3. For winter use, warm glue and surfaces to be bonded to 23±2℃.
4. Prevent kids from touching and mouthing.
Store and Pack:
1. Store airtight products in a shaded, dry spot. The shelf life is one year. If past shelf life, it can be used after passing the test.
2. Transport non-hazardous materials.
