Application:
Diameter 10mm-130mm series PVC spiral pipe extrusion production line is mainly used in the manufacture of plastic PVC spiral pipes
with various diameters and wall thickness used in the industried such as suction pipe of vacuum cleaner, smoking machine, etc.

PVC pipe extrusion line Include:
2 sets of vacuum feeder→2 sets of single-screw Extruder→1 set of forming machine→mould→water cooling tank→manual winder.

The extruder adopt imported AC frequency control device, vacuum pump adopt high-quality products. It is additionlly attached with
length counter and intensifying device. This line is of reliable performance and high production effeciency.
