The crushed materials enter the secondary fine crushing link after being graded by a vibrating screen. A four-shaft shredder is used to compress light materials (foams, sponges) to 1/5 of the original volume. Dust and fiber impurities are separated synchronously by a wind separator (wind speed 8-12m/s), and non-ferrous metals are recovered by an eddy current separator. Materials with higher moisture content enter the drum dryer (temperature 80-120℃) to make the overall moisture content ≤15%.
