SRF (Solid Recovered Fuel) is an alternative fuel made from waste after pretreatment, composed of renewable resources such as municipal solid waste, industrial waste and agricultural waste. Through sorting, crushing, drying and molding processes, these wastes are transformed into high calorific value solid fuel for power generation or heating.
The SRF shredder processes solid waste based on low speed, high torque rotary shear principle. Materials enter the shredding box where blades tear them into small pieces, which are then discharged through screen holes.

Collect industrial waste and sort to remove non-flammable impurities. Initial metal separation using magnetic equipment.
Primary crushing to 5-10cm fragments with moisture control. Fine sorting using drum screens and magnetic equipment.
Rotary dryer at 180-220°C to reduce moisture below 12%. Secondary crushing to 1-3cm particles with metal detection.
