Working Principle
The operation of the optical sorting machine is based on the closed-loop process of "optical signal acquisition-image analysis-intelligent execution":
- Material pretreatment and transportation: Materials enter the detection area through conveyor belt after crushing, cleaning, and drying
- Optical signal acquisition: Uses specialized light sources (LED white light, infrared, UV) and high-speed CCD/CMOS sensors
- Material identification: Recognizes color, brightness, reflectivity, and surface texture characteristics
