Step-by-Step Application Instructions
1.Use the designated cutting tool to accurately cut the carrier tapes for perfect fit and alignment.
2.Remove the release liner of the splice tape to expose the adhesive side for secure bonding.
3.Align the cut carrier tapes (cover tape down) with the splice tape placement holes for precise positioning.
4.Place both ends of the joining carrier tapes onto the first strip of the splice tape, ensuring correct alignment.
5.Fold over the second strip of the splice tape to the underside of the carrier tape and press firmly for secure splicing.
6.Remove and discard the clear plastic cover to complete the splice, ready for assembly process.
