Glass Appearance Detector Tester Test for Glass Bubbles Scratches Sand Particles

1. Usage
The WG-5 appearance detector is designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements of the national standard GB11614-2009. It is used in conjunction with the side light detector to detect the appearance defects of the glass such as bubbles, scratches, sand particles, bumps, wires, pits, inclusions, etc. of the glass.
2. Instrument Principles
The WG-5 appearance detector consists of three parts: light source, sample holder and box frame. The light source is seven LED light tubes fixed on the box frame. The sample holder is installed on the slide rail at 600mm in front of the black curtain and can slide up and down. The instrument is equipped with a handcuff, which can adjust the rise and fall of the sample holder.
