1.Description:

With the painted surface facing the outer side of the bend, bend the painted test plate 180° and fold it back to its back with a gradually decreasing radius of curvature. The size of the radius of curvature is determined by the spacers. After the test plates were bent, the cracking of the coating on each sample plate was inspected through a magnifying glass, and the peeling of the coating was observed through the tape pull-off test. The T-bend rating is used to represent the minimum diameter at which the test plate can be bent without cracking or peeling of the coating film, that is, if it does not pass and does not occur again. Or, visual inspection can be carried out through a magnifying glass to determine whether the coating film shows any form of peeling.
