1.Product Introduction
The GA-6X type automatic fiber curling elasticity tester is a sophisticated instrument used for automatically testing the curling radius, curling elasticity rate and curling number of fibers. The instrument uses image processing technology for automatic detection, counting the number of curls of fibers within a 25mm length under light load, eliminating the subjective errors and uncertainty in the test results when counting the curls manually. By measuring the size of the light and heavy loads applied to the fibers under tension using a force sensor, the instrument tests the length of the fibers under the set light and heavy loads and calculates the curling radius; it also tests the length of the fibers after relaxation under heavy load and calculates the curling elasticity rate.
The instrument complies with the requirements of the national standard GB/T 14338 for the test method and is suitable for testing the curling performance of various single chemical fibers and natural fibers. It can be widely applied in chemical fiber, textile enterprises, testing institutions and research units.
