1.Description    

     In many processes of paint or ink production, it is often necessary to uniformly distribute solid materials in a liquid medium. This process is called dispersion. During dispersion, the attractive forces between extremely small particles must be broken. The sawtooth-shaped circular dispersion disc of a high-speed disperser, driven by an electric motor, achieves solid-liquid dispersion, wetting, deagglomeration, and stabilization within a container. Its working principle can be roughly described as follows:
→ The slurry forms a rolling ring-shaped flow, creating a strong vortex, with particles on the slurry surface spiraling downward to the vortex bottom;
→ A turbulent zone forms 2.5-5 mm from the edge of the dispersing disc, subjecting the slurry and particles to intense shear and impact;
→ Two counter-current streams form outside the zone, ensuring thorough circulation and agitation of the slurry;
→ Below the dispersing disc, the slurry flows in a laminar state, with layers of slurry at different velocities mutually diffusing to achieve dispersion.
The high-speed disperser is suitable for high-speed mixing, dissolving, and dispersing of liquid and liquid-solid phase materials in industries such as coatings, dyes, inks, pigments, papermaking, cosmetics, food, resins, adhesives, emulsions, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, pesticides, and daily chemicals. The speed can be freely adjusted.
