1.Description    

      The Coating Fast Mixer, commonly known as the "Quick Hand," is used in laboratories for paints, dyes, inks, and other materials to achieve rapid and efficient agitation and dispersion. Its efficiency is 2-3 times that of sand mills, three-roll mills, ball mills, and other equipment. It can also simultaneously conduct comparative tests on multiple pigments and formulations, significantly reducing testing time.
This equipment complies with national standards GB/T 9287, GB/T 21868.2, and ISO standards ISO 787, ISO 8780-2. Additionally, it can be used to prepare diluted-color coatings for comparing the strength of color pigmentation.
The Coating Rapid Dispersion Tester is available in two types: column-mounted and floor-standing. The clamping plates can hold containers in two styles: bottles and cans:
Clamp-can: The clamp plate can hold containers of various shapes and sizes (users must provide their own containers, with a maximum diameter of 180 mm and a height ranging from 65 mm to 180 mm).
Clamp-bottle: Each clamp arm is pre-equipped with four glass bottles of approximately 200 ml capacity (totaling eight glass bottles, with each bottle capable of holding up to 150 ml of sample).
