Overview
The 1000 L/H ultra pure water treatment system is designed to provide high-purity water for mobile phase preparation in precision analytical instruments, such as HPLC, LC-MS, ICP, and other laboratory or analytical applications.
The system adopts advanced purification technologies including pre-treatment, reverse osmosis, EDI (Electrodeionization), and polishing purification, ensuring stable production of ultra-pure water that meets the stringent requirements of precision instruments and laboratory analysis.
Process
Raw Water → Raw Water Pump → Multi-Media Filter → Activated Carbon Filter → Water Softener → Security Filter → First-Stage RO → Intermediate Tank → Second-Stage RO → EDI System → Polishing Mixed Bed → Ultra-Pure Water Tank → Circulation Pump → UV Sterilizer → 0.22 μm Terminal Filter → Point of Use
