In automated dispensing equipment, the process cleaning module is an auxiliary function module designed specifically for cleaning key components (such as nozzles, needles, etc.) in the dispensing process. Its core purpose is to keep the dispensing head clean, unobstructed, and consistent in performance, to avoid blockage, mis-spraying, or reduced precision caused by glue residue, solidification, or impurities, and to ensure long-term stable production and high yield.
