- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from solvents or grease
- Preheat adhesive if surface or environment temperature is low to prevent early condensation
- Operate above 130℃ with 1-3 MPa pressure applied to substrate for 10-20 seconds
- Final bonding strength is achieved after complete crystallization at room temperature (25℃)
