Drilling Oil Sludge Treatment System High Temperature Seawater Mud Cooling System
XBSY MC240.1 Seawater Mud Cooler | 240m³/h Capacity | ≤20°C Cooling Range | Titanium Plate Design
Engineered for offshore drilling, the MC240.1 delivers 240m³/h mud cooling capacity with a ≤20°C temperature drop. Its double heat exchanger symmetrical structure minimizes footprint while maximizing efficiency. The titanium plate heat exchanger resists seawater corrosion and ensures full heat exchange, reducing mud from 60°C to 40°C at 25°C ambient. Dual mud filters prevent pipeline blockages from large solids. Integrated PLC monitors flow and temperatures in real time. Operating at 1.6MPa pressure, this system is built for reliability in marine environments.
The MC240.1 seawater mud cooler combines a corrosion-resistant titanium heat exchanger with a symmetrical dual-heat-exchanger layout, achieving 240m³/h throughput and ≤20°C cooling. The PLC system continuously logs inlet/outlet temperatures and flow rates, enabling proactive maintenance. With 1.6MPa pressure tolerance and dual filters, it handles demanding offshore conditions while preventing downtime.
Features
Small Footprint - Double heat exchanger symmetrical structure arrangement.
Plate Structure Heat Exchanger - Large heat exchange area, full heat exchange, good cooling effect.
The heat sink is made of a dull titanium plate, which is extremely resistant to seawater corrosion.
The double-group mud filter prevents large solid particles in the mud from blocking the pipeline and heat exchanger.
PLC is used to collect, display and store data in real time for slurry flow and inlet and outlet temperatures.
