This industrial sludge concentration equipment features automatic control systems that adjust operating parameters based on sludge thickness, equipped with sludge level sensors for automatic start/stop functions and speed adjustment.
Operating Principle
Utilizing peripheral driving technology, sewage enters through the central inlet pipe and flows radially outward after dispersion by the steady flow cylinder. Suspended sludge settles and is scraped from the tank bottom by rotating scraping arms and plates, then collected and discharged through the central sludge pipe. Surface scum is skimmed to the pool edge and removed by slag removal buckets.
