Application

WESPC 4115P013 piston kit is designed for Perkins 1103 and 1104 series diesel engines, including 1103C-33, 1103D-33, 1104C-44, and 1104D-44 builds. This oversize 0.040" (1.00 mm) bore kit is used in agricultural tractors, construction machinery, and generator sets requiring in-frame overhaul or cylinder reconditioning. The eutectic aluminum piston with treated ring grooves ensures high wear resistance, stable compression, and extended service life under heavy-duty operation.

Generator sets

Applied in Perkins-powered gensets from 30–100 kVA, especially those using 1103/1104 series engines in prime or standby duty. The 4115P013 kit restores combustion sealing and oil control in overhauled engines, improving fuel efficiency and maintaining rated output after cylinder re-boring.
