  •  This new-type 3200℃ batch-type induction vacuum lab furnace is a high-precision equipment tailored for laboratory-scale material processing.
  • It integrates advanced intermediate frequency induction heating and vacuum/protective atmosphere systems, supporting ultra-high-temperature operations (up to 3200℃) to meet the strict sintering and heat treatment needs of various advanced materials.
  • Three models are on offer for this furnace, supplying flexible choices for small-batch experiments orsample preparation. It adopts IGBT control technology, matched with the Japanese Shimaden FP93 temperature controller, and is equipped with American Raytek infrared temperature measurement(ranging from 1000°C to 3200°C), guaranteeing accurate temperature adjustment and ±5°C uniformity.
  • The furnace operates under vacuum or Argon (micro-positive pressure) conditions, featuring a closed internal circulating water cooling system for reliable heat dissipation. Optional configurations (Guch asgas purifiers) can be tailored to meet specific material processing needs, making it perfectly suited for R&D and small-scale production in material science sectors.

  • Carbon & Graphite Materials: Processing of graphite powder, graphene, anthracite, carbon nanotubes, carbon fiber, and graphite powder.
  • Ceramic & Hard Alloys: Sintering of silicon carbide, tungsten carbide, boron carbide, and other high-performance ceramic components.
  • Special Functional Materials: Heat treatment of lithium battery materials, rare earth oxides, radiation-proof materials, rhenium materials, metal billets, and powder metallurgy products (e.g., metal/composite metal powders).
  • Other Materials: Processing of boric anhydride, magnesium fluoride, poly-silicon materials, calcium carbide, and negative electrode materials.
