Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) / Poly(Ethylene Glycol) is a versatile surfactant with applications across multiple industries.
Applications & Uses
- PEG-800: Used as substrates for medicine and cosmetics, lubricants and wetting agents for rubber industry and textile industry.
- PEG-1000 & PEG-1500: Used as substrates, lubricants and softeners in pharmaceutical, textile and cosmetic industries; Dispersant in coating industry to improve water dispersion and flexibility of resin (10-30% usage); Enhances dye solubility in ink manufacturing; Dispersant in rubber industry for vulcanization promotion.
