The US1AF~US1MF series are ultrafast recovery rectifiers designed for surface-mounted applications. Featuring a glass-passivated chip junction for high efficiency, these rectifiers offer reverse voltages from 50V to 1000V and a forward current of 1.0A. They are available in a thin SMAF package and are lead-free, complying with EU RoHS 2011/65/EU directives, and are halogen-free products. These are general-purpose rectifiers.
