3.Working Principle  Gold Ore Processing Equipment

The separation occurs through the interaction of four forces: gravity, transverse water momentum, reciprocating inertial force, and friction.

1. Feeding and Distribution: Ore pulp is fed uniformly onto the deck while a steady, thin film of wash water is supplied across the surface.

2. Stratification and Migration: Driven by a crank-and-link mechanism, the deck moves with a "slow forward, fast back" motion. High-density, coarse gold particles settle into the grooves (riffles) near the feed side and migrate longitudinally. Meanwhile, low-density gangue (waste) particles are lifted by the water flow and washed away laterally.

3. Product Separation: Over the length of the deck, the minerals form distinct density bands. High-purity gold concentrates enrich at the far end of the table, while middlings and tailings are discharged through separate outlets.
