Brushless Motor Winding Machine Introduction
The automatic needle motor winding machine is a high-speed stator winder suitable for brushless/BLDC motor stator coil winding. With manual loading/unloading, the machine automatically completes mold clamping, winding, wire clamping, and cutting. It can achieve multi-tapping (set on HMI) and allows setting stator slot number and turn number on HMI. The machine supports multi-strands wire parallel winding and features remote diagnosis functionality.
