   The small-bore lug-type soft-seal butterfly valve is a compact valve specifically designed for precision fluid control applications ranging from DN15 to DN200. Its lug-type connection allows for flexible installation at the end of a pipeline or on a branch line. Combined with the elastic deformation properties of the soft-seal material, it achieves a leak-free seal even in confined spaces, making it an ideal choice for laboratories, fine chemical processing, and small-scale equipment applications.

  ●High spatial adaptability: The lug-type connection eliminates the need for the long bolts found in wafer-type valves. With a body thickness of only 60% that of a wafer-type butterfly valve of the same diameter, it can be installed in areas with dense equipment or at the end of pipelines, saving over 30% in installation space.
  ●High Sealing Reliability: The elastic compensation properties of the soft sealing material accommodate minor pipeline vibrations or temperature fluctuations, preventing leaks caused by thermal expansion and contraction. 
  ●Outstanding ease of maintenance: The seat seal rings feature a snap-on or embedded design. Replacement requires no disassembly of the valve body; simply loosen the lug bolts to remove the old seal ring. Maintenance time is reduced to less than 10 minutes, lowering downtime costs.
  ●Significant cost-effectiveness: The unit price of small-diameter soft-seal butterfly valves is only 50% of that of ball valves of the same specification, and no special tools are required for installation. 
  ●Wide Media Compatibility: By replacing the sealing material, the valve can accommodate various media: EPDM is suitable for water and steam (≤120°C), PTFE resists strong acids and alkalis (pH 0–14), and FKM withstands high-temperature oils (≤180°C), meeting diverse requirements.
