Designed specifically for shutting off high-pressure, high-temperature, and highly corrosive media, this valve breaks through the service life limitations of all-metal sealed valves by offering unparalleled maintainability. Featuring a highly corrosion-resistant CF8M body and PN63 high-pressure rating, it combines all-metal hard-seating, triple-offset, and a removable seat design to deliver rock-solid control with zero leakage, regenerative capabilities, and long-term operation.
Product Advantages
● The seat features a removable, independent modular design, separate from the valve body. When the sealing pair is damaged due to extreme operating conditions, there is no need to cut the pipeline or disassemble the entire valve. Simply remove the old seat and replace it with a new one to restore factory-level sealing performance.
● The flanged connection ensures precise alignment during installation under high-pressure conditions, effectively and evenly distributing pipeline stress and vibration loads to guarantee minimal connection clearance and complete sealing integrity.
● Based on the principle of three-dimensional eccentric geometry, the disc immediately disengages from the seat upon opening and precisely wedges into place upon closing. Throughout the 90° rotation, the sealing surfaces remain free of scraping and wear.
