WCB monoblock construction withstands high pressure; DN800 accommodates massive flow; PN25 medium-to-high pressure ensures no leakage—designed for large-diameter, non-corrosive water, steam, oil, and process gases. Leveraging carbon steel’s exceptional mechanical strength and the permanent connection of butt welding, it serves as the central hub for long-distance, zero-leakage shutoff in medium-to-high-pressure, high-flow pipelines.
Product Advantages
● The valve ends are directly butt-welded to the pipeline, eliminating flanges and gaskets to form a permanent all-metal welded seal. With no leakage points other than the stuffing box, the valve is intrinsically safe. It eliminates the need for flange gasket replacement due to aging, significantly reducing maintenance costs and meeting the standards for long-distance pipelines and high-safety-level transportation.
Equipped with an electric actuator, it supports digital, analog, and bus control, seamlessly integrating with DCS/PLC systems to enable rapid remote shutoff and precise flow regulation.
● Based on a three-dimensional eccentric geometric design, the disc immediately disengages from the seat upon opening and precisely wedges into place upon closing. Throughout the 90° rotation, the sealing surfaces experience zero friction and zero scraping. For DN800 ultra-large diameters, the operating torque is significantly lower than that of gate valves and ball valves of the same specification, substantially reducing the power requirements of the electric actuator and power distribution costs.
