Specifically designed for pipeline networks carrying large-diameter chlorinated water, seawater, acidic process fluids, and hydrometallurgical solutions. 4A duplex stainless steel combines high strength with exceptional corrosion resistance. The DN450 large-diameter design ensures smooth, high-flow passage, while the PN10 pressure rating provides stable and reliable performance. Relying on the long-lasting, non-degrading characteristics of all-metal hard seals, the valve operates purely manually without requiring power, providing reliable, zero-leakage shut-off assurance for extremely corrosive conditions.
Product Advantages
● The triple-offset design automatically compensates for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes. It prevents disc seizure and operational failure under high-temperature conditions, significantly enhancing operational reliability.
● The wafer-type connection eliminates the need for two heavy flanges, resulting in an overall weight that is 40%–60% lighter than flanged valves. This significantly reduces the load requirements on pipeline supports and lowers the construction costs of pipe racks.
● The valve body, disc, and other flow-through components are made entirely of 4A duplex stainless steel. The combination of ferritic and austenitic phases provides high strength and exceptional corrosion resistance, with a pitting resistance equivalent (PRE) of over 35. It effectively withstands pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking in seawater, acidic brine, dilute acids and alkalis, and chlorine-containing process media.
