The design of the Band Saw Blade Butt Welding Machine fully considers both safety and practicality. The equipment consists of core components such as the host frame, pneumatic transmission mechanism, secondary circuit, welding transformer, and welding controller, with a compact structure and coordinated functions. The human-computer interaction interface is simple and easy to use, making it convenient for operators to quickly set parameters. The transparent protective cover effectively blocks sparks during the welding process, enhancing operational safety. The device supports the docking and welding of saw blades with different cross-sectional areas, and is compatible with various saw blade specifications such as slaughter, woodworking, and metal cutting, with a wide range of applications.
 

 

1. Secondary circuit optimization design, efficient and stable energy transmission: The secondary circuit adopts a large cross-sectional copper bar and low impedance connection structure, effectively reducing energy loss during welding current transmission, ensuring smooth welding current output, providing sufficient and stable heat input for flash welding, and ensuring joint quality from the energy source.
2. Precise matching of welding transformers, high compatibility between energy output and process: Welding transformers are specially selected based on the welding process characteristics of saw blades, with good external characteristic curves that can provide sufficient voltage during the flashing stage and quickly respond to current changes during the forging stage, meeting the energy requirements of saw blades of different thicknesses and materials.
3. Stable and controllable flashing process to avoid common welding defects: The welding controller ensures continuous and stable flashing process by accurately adjusting the flashing speed and current, effectively preventing end face oxidation caused by excessive splashing or weak flashing due to strong flashing, ensuring uniform heating of the end face, and creating good conditions for forging.
4. Precise application of forging force, dense and uniform joint structure: The pneumatic transmission mechanism, combined with precision pressure regulating valves and pressure sensors, can achieve precise setting and real-time feedback of forging force. The forging action is fast and powerful, fully forging the heated end face, making the joint structure dense and free of oxide inclusions, and the welding strength close to the base metal.
5. High consistency in multi specification welding and stable quality in mass production: Whether it is a 0.45mm thin slaughter saw blade or a 1.6mm thick woodworking saw blade, the equipment can achieve stable welding through parameter optimization. In mass production, the welding strength, joint appearance, and dimensional accuracy of each product remain highly consistent, meeting quality control requirements.

Double-layer Cylinder

Provides graded clamping and forging force. Through a double-layer piston structure, a "light first, heavy later" pressure output is achieved - light pressure is used for rapid feed and positioning, while heavy pressure is used for strong forging at the welding terminal to ensure a dense weld seam and avoid impact damage to thin saw blades.

Human Computer Interaction Interface

Implement information exchange between devices and operators. Used for setting and modifying welding parameters, storing and calling multi specification saw blade formulas, real-time monitoring of equipment operation status, and displaying and prompting fault alarm information, making the operation more intuitive and convenient.

Copper Alloy Electrode

Made of high-quality chromium zirconium copper, it offers excellent conductivity and wear resistance. The internal cooling channel ensures efficient heat dissipation, delivering stable and reliable performance for both fixed and moving electrodes.

Waterway Components

All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the waterway can be observed and eliminated.
