Structure Introduction:
This is also named the tensile machine, which is suitable for
tensile, compression, bending and shear tests of various metallic
and non-metallic materials, which can also be used for similar
tests of concretes, cements and other non-metallic materials.
Hydraulic Tensile Testing Machine adopts underneath type cylinder,
adjustable test space, four-column structure, and has the features
of automatic tracking measurement of forces and displacements,
maximum load peak hold, as well as loading speed display, test
results can be stored and automatically printed.Our company can

It is mainly used to execute the tension, compression, bending,
shearing etc. test for metal materials. Attached simple accessories
and devices, it can be used to achieve many kinds of mechanical

The oil cylinder is at the bottom of the load frame, tension space
is at the upside of the load frame, compression and bending space
is between lower crosshead and working table. The lower crosshead
is driven by motor through decelerator, chain transmission device
and screw pair, so realize the adjustment of testing space.
600KN Universal Material Hydraulic Tensile Testing Machine adopts
oil pressure transducer to measure load, use computer control &
display load.

1. instroduction
Model WES-300B hydraulic universal testing machine UTM is designed
of electro-hydraulic digital display and manual hydraulic loading
system, main engine controller separately fixed. It has the
characteristics of operation amenity, working steady, high accuracy
and loading steady. It can implement the experimentations such as
the tensile, compression, bending, cutting etc. to the metal,
nonmetallic composite materials.
2. structure
The main engine consists of an adjustable support (base, screw
thread pole, moveable crossbeam (lower clamp set)) and a working
frame (working oil tank, piston, platform, support crossbeam (upper
clamp set)). Element of the machine: high-pressure oil pump supply
oil to the working oil tank, the piston moves and press board and
upper crossbeam to do stretch and press test. The stretch test is
done in the space between upper crossbeam and movable crossbeam.
The life motor, gear, chain drive rotate at a same speed to move
the crossbeam.
