1. Applications:

It is applied for open knitted fabrics. The knitting fabrics which are shrunk by the machine an reach a satisfactory pre-shrinkage and brightness effect. The fabrics also could get better hand feeling and stable dimension.

Possibility to treat all types of knitted fabrics, 100% cotton (jersey, piquet, fleece etc.), interlock, viscose, blended cotton-synthetic fabrics or 100% synthetic fabrics (Lycra, polyester, etc.).

2. Process:

Open-width fabric entry → fabric tighten frame → disc screw thread spreading → initiative fabric feeding, crentring → down overfeed → spreading and weft correcting → upper overfeed → pinning → tentering (dewing, taping, drying ) → pin falling off → double felt compacting → belt conveying → open-width plaiting

3. Machine features:

• These are felt calenders with twin compacting cylinders providing exceptional control over the dimensional stability of open-width knitted fabrics
• Exclusive outfeed cooling system, with blower operating above and extractor beneath
• Possibility of processing two items simultaneously
• Machine controlled from PLC/touch-screen
• TEMPERATURE UNIFORMITY: The exclusive heating cylinders system, allows an excellent working temperature control, guaranteeing an omogeneous and constant result
• FABRICS MANAGEMENT DURING THE PROCESS: Fabrics tension management and control through high sensibility double load cells (programmable)
