Servo motors are adopted to drive cutting and punching action, which can guarantee the action precision. PLC based control system is used to control the transformer core cutting machine. The transformer core cutting machine is step lap type, which can cut step lap silicon sheet for making transformer core. The transformer core cutting machine can cut the silicon steel with maximum width 400mm.
