The Xilinx XC6SLX25-3FTG256C Programmable IC Chip is a high-performance, low-power Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) device offering the highest logic density and highest system performance in the Spartan-6 family. It features a 6-input look-up table (LUT) architecture, up to 256Kbits of block RAM, up to 576Kbits of dedicated FIFO memory, and up to 2218 user I/Os. The device also has a wide range of dedicated hard IP blocks including up to 8 Multi-Gigabit Transceivers (MGTs) with up to 12.5Gbps of total bandwidth, 32-bit and 64-bit PCI Express Gen2 endpoints, and up to four integrated Clock Management Tiles (CMTs). The device is ideal for applications such as data center, enterprise, and embedded control.
