A. Process integration, one-step molding
The injection blow molding machine integrates the two processes of
traditional injection molding (making parisons) and blow molding
(forming into hollow products) on the same equipment, and realizes
process switching through the rotation or movement of the mold.
There is no need to manually transfer the parison, which reduces
the intermediate links.
Advantages: Avoid dimensional deviation caused by temperature
changes during the transfer of the parison, improve product
accuracy (such as the concentricity of the bottle mouth thread); at
the same time, reduce manual intervention and reduce production
losses.
Applicable scenarios: Especially suitable for the production of
small and medium-sized, structurally symmetrical hollow products
(such as medicinal bottles, cosmetic bottles, food packaging

B. High product precision and stable quality
Good dimensional consistency: The wall thickness and shape of the
parison are controlled by precision molds in the injection molding
stage, and the parison is evenly fitted to the inner wall of the
mold with the help of high-pressure air in the blow molding stage
to ensure that the dimensional tolerance of the product is small
(such as the bottle mouth diameter error can be controlled within
±0.05mm).
Excellent surface quality: The finish of the mold cavity is

temperature control, high-finish products without scratches and

Reliable mechanical properties: the preform is fully plasticized
during injection molding, the molecular chain is arranged more
evenly, and the impact resistance and corrosion resistance of the
blow-molded product are better than those of traditional blow
molding processes (such as extrusion blow molding).

Continuous production: Injection blow molding machines usually
adopt a multi-station turntable structure (such as 3 stations and 4
stations) to complete injection molding, blow molding, and product
demolding respectively. Each process is carried out simultaneously,
and the hourly output of a single device can reach hundreds to
thousands of pieces (depending on the size of the product).
High automation integration: It can be equipped with automatic
feeding, waste recycling, online detection (such as wall thickness
detection, leakage test) and other systems to achieve unmanned
production throughout the process, reduce labor costs and improve
stability.
D. Wide material adaptability and saving raw materials
Applicable materials: It can process a variety of thermoplastics
such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene
terephthalate (PET), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), etc. Some models
also support the molding of engineering plastics (such as PC, ABS).
High raw material utilization rate: The wall thickness of the
injection molded parison can be precisely designed through the mold
to reduce the amount of excess material; compared with the "flash"
waste of extrusion blow molding, the waste of injection blow

E. High equipment investment, suitable for mass production
Injection blow molding machines integrate two systems, injection
molding and blow molding, and have high requirements for mold
precision. The initial equipment and mold investment is large, and
it is more suitable for large-scale, standardized product

small batches and multi-specification products, its flexibility is
