After the material is put into the inlet, under the action of vibration force, the particles smaller than the screen hole quickly pass through the screen and fall into the collection area. If it is larger than the sieve hole, it is discharged straight along the sieve surface to the discharge port. The whole process is smooth and efficient, and with excellent screening accuracy and high processing capacity, it helps enterprises to improve production efficiency.

Working principle
When the screen is working, the motor rotates at a high speed after starting, driving the eccentric block to produce a strong exciting force, which is transmitted to the screen body and drives high-frequency vibration of the screen. The material is put into the screen from the inlet, and under the action of vibration, the particles constantly collide with each other and disperse. The material whose particle size is less than the screen aperture is affected by the vibration force and its own gravity, which quickly passes through the screen and falls into the lower undertaking device. The material whose particle size is larger than the screen aperture cannot pass through the screen and can only be continuously driven by vibration force on the screen surface. Because the screen has a certain tilt Angle, the material slides straight along the tilt direction and is finally discharged from the discharge port, realizing the efficient separation of materials with different particle sizes and providing raw materials that meet the particle size requirements for the subsequent production process.
