Product Features:
1. High Level of Automation
The production line is fitted with an automatic loading device
(including a transverse feeding channel and a rotating loading
frame), an automatic unloading device, and an automatic feeding
device. All holes and steel mark markings on the angle steel can be
processed in a single pass through the production line, and the
entire machining process eliminates the need for manual
intervention—this significantly reduces the labor intensity of
workers.

(1) The welding quality of each welded component of the equipment complies with the relevant specifications of JB/T8609, and the length and spacing of intermittent welds are kept consistent.
(2) Forged components shall be free from defects such as interlayer
separation, folding, cracks, sand holes, and air holes.

2. Typing Unit Configuration & Performance
The typing unit adopts a closed-frame structure, featuring high
strength and stable frame performance. The printing unit is
equipped with a bed support (fixed to the machine base), a movable
bed, and a hydraulic-driven press head character box. It performs
printing at the positions specified in the drawing in accordance
with computer instructions.

To expand the machine’s processing range, a manual adjustment mechanism is additionally integrated. By using this mechanism, the downward position of the movable frame (i.e., the position of the character head) can be adjusted, enabling adaptation to the typing positions of angle steel with different specifications.

These specimens cover a range of common specifications and hole patterns of angle steel used in transmission line towers. They allow potential users or inspectors to visually verify the equipment’s operational performance, thereby providing concrete and intuitive references for evaluating whether the equipment meets the practical production requirements of transmission line tower manufacturing.

In ultra-high voltage (UHV) transmission line construction—where towers must withstand extreme weather and heavy loads—this equipment plays a pivotal role in processing angle steel components for the towers’ main framework. It effectively fulfills drilling and stamping tasks for angle steel used in tower bodies, cross-arms, and other key structural parts, ensuring precise dimensional accuracy and strong connections to safeguard the towers’ overall stability throughout their service life.
