Equipment Overview

The Charging Gun Insertion & Withdrawal Force Tester is designed for precision testing of insertion and pull-out forces of EV charging connectors. It is widely used for quality inspection of incoming materials in EV charging gun manufacturing, helping prevent functional defects and ensuring compliance with required technical specifications.

The system adopts a high-precision ball screw and stepper motor drive, ensuring stable linear motion and accurate force control. With a 0.5-class force accuracy level and up to 1000 Hz sampling rate, the tester provides highly reliable test results.
It supports customized fixtures according to different charging gun models and integrates barcode scanning for automatic test data recording, making it ideal for mass production and full inspection in manufacturing plants.
