This nitrogen dry box is designed for moisture-sensitive device (MSD) and oxygen-sensitive device (OSD) protection, preventing oxidation, fungus growth, and ensuring dry preservation of lab materials and samples. Compliant with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033 standards.

The system uses a micro-controller unit (MCU) for digital data acquisition and real-time nitrogen gas supply control. When humidity drops below the set point, nitrogen supply switches off; when humidity rises above the set point, nitrogen supply activates automatically, optimizing gas consumption.
