Always verify joints, gloves, seals, and pipelines for airtight integrity before and during operation. Corrosive gases are prohibited as they damage sensors. Do not open air-lock chamber inlet and outlet simultaneously to prevent external gas contamination. By closing vacuum flange, the glove box can achieve 0.5 torr vacuum before inert gas filling, reducing moisture below 180 ppm and oxygen below 200 ppm, saving 1-2 tanks of inert gas per operation.
