Application Scope
Designed for layered depalletizing of various metal cans, glass bottles, and plastic bottles across multiple industries.
Operational Workflow Process
- Forklift places entire stack of cans/bottles onto hydraulic lift table
- Chain lifter transports packed pallet to uppermost depalletizer position
- Four-sided clamps secure the top layer from all sides
- Clamps transfer layer to outlet multi-lane conveyor
- Clamps return to original position
- Pneumatic absorption hands remove isolation pad to collector
- Chain lifter raises next layer to processing height
- Process repeats until final layer completes
- Empty pallet transfers to stacker for forklift removal
