SSW-A2 is the fastest linear blow molding machine in mainland China, achieving approximately 2200 bottles per hour for 350ml PET containers. The innovative separated baking tunnel design reduces mold opening time, enabling high-speed blowing, increased output, and extended machine service life.
Advanced Loading System
Features patented preform loading with two manipulators: rectilineal manipulator moves preforms neck-up to the holder, while overturning manipulator rotates heated preforms 180 degrees to the blow station neck-down. This specialized system prevents damage during transportation.
Applications
Manufactures PET bottles for water, carbonated drinks, edible oil, juice, and various liquid bottling applications.
