Sunswell Blowing-Filling-Capping Monobloc System
Established in 2008, Sunswell specializes in advanced liquid bottling solutions including blow molding, filling, capping, labeling, and packaging machinery for beverages, dairy, edible oils, and personal care products.
System Overview
This fully automatic rotary stretch blow molding machine produces plastic containers for water, carbonated beverages, juice, and hot-fill applications. The integrated combiblock system combines blowing, filling, and capping operations in one continuous process.
Working Process
Preform Feed-in and Unscrambling
Preforms are automatically sorted and delivered through elevator and unscrambler systems using inclined revolving cylinders and star wheels, ensuring high efficiency without product damage.
Heating System
Advanced heating technology prepares preforms for the blowing process with precise temperature control and uniform heat distribution.
Blowing Unit
Special manipulators transfer heated preforms to molds along cam curves. After stretch pre-blowing, high-pressure compressed air forms the final bottle shape.
Filling Unit
Bottles are transported to the filler via starwheel. Gravity filling method ensures precise liquid levels with automatic valve control and cam-operated lifting mechanisms.

Anti-rotation knives secure bottles while capping heads perform gripping, sleeve placement, and screwing operations. Finished bottles are conveyed out via starwheel systems.
