Integrated PET Bottle Production System
Complete combiblock solution combining blowing, filling, and capping processes in a single integrated system with 2-year manufacturer guarantee.
Operational Process
Our automated system transfers bottles via star-wheel mechanism to the filling station with bottle mouth upward orientation. After washing, bottles proceed to filling units where they are secured by neck support boards and elevated via cam-driven mechanism.
Utilizing gravity filling principle, the system achieves precise liquid levels when reaching the vent tube. Completed bottles descend from filling units and transfer to capping stations via transition star-wheel.
Capping units employ anti-rotation knives to maintain bottle stability during the capping process. The capper performs simultaneous revolution and rotation movements, executing cap seizing, covering, screwing, and releasing functions through cam mechanism control.
Finished products transfer from capping units to output conveyors for final delivery from the production line.
