Description:

Sunswell High-speed Blowing-filing-capping Combiblock combines the blowing system, filing system and capping system in one integrated system, reducing transmission, empty bottle handling, storage processes, which improved packaging hygienic condition and reduce packaging cross-contamination so as to improve the overall operating efficiency but lower the energy consumption, thereby reduce the overall production cost of enterprises.

Rinsing: grip the bottle neck, rotate filling plate, inverse bottle; internal rinsing and external spraying make bottles be cleaned completely.

Filling: gravity filling with holding bottle neck; the special backflow type of the filling valve can avoid leakage after filling and also control liquid level accurately.

Capping: magnetic torque bottle holding type can minimize the cap damage rate and make the capping performance the best.

Applications:

It is applied to PET bottled pure water, carbonated soft drink, juice, liquid dairy, liquid condiment and household & personal care products, etc.

Blowing-Filling-Capping-Combi Block Machinery Features:

1. Pre-form inlet controlling
2. Put pre-forms into hopper of auto sending device, send to heating stove through belt and drum unit.
3. Bottle pre-form heating controlling The heating stove has 8-floors infrared lamp to heat pre-forms, the pre-forms run itself and also the infrared lamp can be adjusted temperature independently.
4. Heating stove has pre-form screw head cooling way and stove ventilation and cool air duct, it ensures that pre-forms will not be hard warmed.
5. Bottle pre-forms are sent to pre-form base by guide turn table, the bases get pre-forms and then send to stove for heating one by one.
6. Blowing technology controlling
7. Discharge warmed pre-forms to outlet guide by discharge pre-form cover, put pre-forms into blowing moulds by manipulator, seal the bottle mouth and extrude the body, also inlet two grade air pressure(pre-blowing pressure and high pressure air) and make pre-form to be bottles. According to the requirement of art, there will inlet cooling water for moulds, all above processes are controlled by main machine computer.
8. Bottle check and outlet
9. After blowing, the manipulator get bottles out of mould and the qualified bottle will be send to guide, this guide can be connected directly to filling line and also can connect to conveying chain, send to bottle warehouse.
