Empty bottles are transferred via variable pitch screw and star-wheels to filling stations equipped with protected weighing sensors. After automatic bottle inspection, the system initiates slow filling, transitions to normal filling, then returns to slow filling as the liquid approaches the target level. When the predetermined weight is reached, sensors signal to stop filling. Filled bottles are then conveyed to the capping station for automated cap placement.
