Operation Process
Empty bottles are transferred via variable pitch screw and star-wheels to filling station bottle supports equipped with protected weighting sensors. After automatic empty bottle and slanting bottle inspection, the system initiates slow filling, transitions to normal filling, then returns to slow filling as liquid approaches the target level. Weight sensors signal filling completion at the determined weight, with automatic reset for continuous operation. Filled bottles proceed to capping via transition star-wheel, with sorted caps delivered through cap chute for precise capping before continuing to downstream processes.
