Empty bottles are transferred via variable pitch screw and star-wheels to filling stations equipped with protected weighting sensors. After automatic inspection processes, the system performs slow-fast-slow filling cycles based on weight detection. Filled bottles are then conveyed to the capping station where sorted caps are applied before final discharge.
