Application Scope
Designed for various metal cans, glass bottles, and plastic bottles for efficient layered depalletizing operations.
Depalletizer Workflow Process
- Forklift places whole stack cans/bottles into unstacking station (hydraulic lift table)
- Chain lifter transports packed pallet to the uppermost position
- Four sides clamps secure the uppermost layer from all sides
- Clamps move containers in parallel to outlet multi-lane conveyor
- Clamps return to original position
- Pneumatic absorption hands remove top layer isolation pad to collector
- Chain lifter raises next layer to processing height
- Process repeats until final layer is processed
- Empty pallet transfers to stacker for forklift removal
