Flexible stonewool product in roll form designed for fire protection, temperature control, energy conservation, condensation prevention, personnel protection, and sound absorption in industrial applications.
Product Overview
Stonewool (mineral) products are economical lightweight thermal insulation materials manufactured from natural rocks (basalt and dolomite) melted at high temperatures to form a molten matrix. This material is passed through an air stream that cools it and forms long fibrous strands, which are bonded together to form slabs, blocks, blankets, pipe covers, and granulates. The material is chemically and biologically inert and free from plant pathogens.
Applications

Installation & Customization
Easily installed by impaling the blankets on weld pins and securing with speed clips. The unfaced surface should be applied to the hot surface. Available with various facing materials including aluminum foil, fiberglass cloth, or galvanized wire mesh upon customer request.
