Tungkin's Fire Resistant Calcium Silicate Board Type 1000°C is engineered for extra high temperature pipeline insulation applications. This asbestos-free, rigid insulation material withstands service temperatures up to 1000°C (1800°F) while maintaining excellent thermal performance.
Product Composition & Characteristics
Manufactured from inorganic siliceous materials, hydrous calcium silicate powder, quartz sand, and lime, this white micro-porous insulation board offers superior fire resistance and thermal stability. The material can be molded into both flat boards and pipe covers for versatile industrial applications.
