Description pe pipe making machine:
1.The production line is mainly used to produce PE plastic pipes, such as HDPE water supply pipes and MPP pipes which are widely used in municipal, telecommunications, electrical power, gas, water, heat and other pipeline projects.
2.The PE pipe extrusion line consists of vacuum feeder, high efficient single screw extruder, extruder mold, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank, haul off machine, planetary cutting machine and PLC micro control system. it is reliable quality with high performance.
3.The PE pipe extrusion line is developed on based of European advanced technology. It is suitable for producing PE,PP,PERT pipes at high speed production. The production line has a high degree of automation, optimized screw structure, stable production efficiency and won good reputation both in domestic and oversea markets.For producing large diameter pipes, we can also provide two-layer,three-layer and multi-layer composite pipe extrusion line. It is the best alternative to replace the imported production line. Based on the market demand, We have developed and manufactured larger HDPE pipe extrusion line with diameter up to 1600mm.
