The standard PVC pipe extrusion machine include: material feeder, SJSZ series conic twin screw
extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank(for big pipe), haul-off, cutter, stacker/automatic belling machine.
Clients also can choose double/four PVC pipe extrusion line to make small size PVC pipes.

Description PVC pipe making machine:

1.PVC plastic pipe produced by this PVC/UPVC/CPVC Pipe Production Line can be widely used for water supply and drainage system.The MAX.UPVC pipe diameter can be produced is OD.800mm.This production line is equipped with conical twin screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder.The haul off machine has two-claw,three-claw,four-claw,six-claw types,eight-claws,etc.The cutting machine has saw cutter,no-dust cutter and planetary cutter.We also supply all kinds of PVC dies.

2.PVC pipe machine can design one time one piece , one time two pieces, one time four pieces as per customer different output requirement.
